Janice Z. Gassam Asare, Ph.D. is a speaker, professor, coach, writer, and consultant who founded BWG Business Solutions in 2018. Janice has been facilitating racial dialogue for over a decade. She is an educator who teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in topics ranging from diversity and inclusion, performance management, talent development, employee motivation, African American psychology, and research methodology. Janice has extensive experience and expertise in diversity and inclusion through her consulting and teaching background, as well as through independent research endeavors.

Janice is the author of two best-selling books, Dirty Diversity and The Pink Elephant. She is a Senior Contributor for Forbes.com, having authored over 200 articles on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace. Janice is also a job coach at a 
non-profit organization based in New York City. She has experience in website design and has managed web pages and social media sites for professional organizations she belongs to as well as a non-profit organization she helps run. She has spoken at TEDx and several companies and universities. Clients have included Google, Amazon, The Dr. Oz Show, Nordstrom, Paypal/Venmo and Yale University.

Janice has a Masters degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University and a Ph.D. in Applied Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University.
