Dr. Janice is the author of three Amazon best-selling books: Dirty Diversity: A Practical Guide to Foster an Equitable and Inclusive Workplace for All, The Pink Elephant: A Practical Guide to Creating an Inclusive Organization, and Decentering Whiteness in the Workplace.
